Collab!Time to talk about that collab I mentioned! Please, bear with me; I've never held an event or anything like this before, so things might be a little shaky.
Theme: Christmas! Draw your ponies (Or Changelings, etc.) holding Christmas presents, eating gingerbread men, wearing silly elf hats or reindeer ears--anything!
Rules:
No bases.
No Canon characters.
Your character should be about 400 pixels tall. That will be the size of an average pony. Feel free to go above or below that limit if your character has a different body type, such as being a foal, or shorter/taller than other ponies.
Your picture must have a transparent background, otherwise I will not be able to put with with the other ponies.
Make as many ponies as you want, but they must be finished before the deadline.
The deadline is December 20th.

Project - A generous Christmas

Since the holiday season is coming I wanted to do something awesome! It's going to be a way to highlight the gift giving part in X-mas and such holidays! Why does the internet have to be just a hateful place?

Let's make a change for just 1 month!

What we're going to do is - we will each give and recieve a gift (artwork) from your "surprise Santa"! It will be a way to just do a tiny nice thing for someone this winter!

How will it happen?

For all of November people will be added to the list of participants.

On the 30th of November I will release a journal entry with a huge list of participants in a random order. The username on your right will be of the person you will have to make a gift for. (so naturally on your left will be the person that will make you a gift)

Then you have all of December to make a gift for the person on the right! But here is the tricky part - you WILL NOT ask them what they want and you can't force the person on the left to make something for you. Gifts are not requests! You must check the person's profile and think of what they might like! It can be that person's favorite show or character or how you see that person and so on. And, please, do your best! After all - you give a good gift and you get a good gift!

Then on the 2nd January (maybe 3rd) I will post another journal where you will tell me your experience with how this project went. (some lucky commenters will get small gifts too!)

What you MUST KNOW before -

You must be an open minded person! Since the order of the users will be random you can never know who you will have to make a gift for. It might be someone that seems to have 0 stuff in common with you but that is just the fun part! Think of a way you can still make this person a great gift!

You must finish before January!

If someone is not working with you or is being mean please contact me! I will do my best to help!

If you want to participate just leave a comment with the only thing I ask from you - a link to your journal where you inform your watchers about this thingy going on and a link back to it. (Just so more people would join and it would be more fun!
